Most low-profile coolers cut corners on thermals to hit their height target. The Thermalright AXP90-X47 FULL doesn't. The heatsink is built almost entirely from copper — base plate, heat pipes, and dissipation fins — with four 6mm copper heat pipes routing heat through a C1100-grade nickel-plated copper base into a stack of 54 copper fins. The result is a cooler that fits where nothing else does, without the thermal penalty you'd normally accept to get there.

Cooling is handled by a 90mm TL-9015R PWM fan using a hydraulic bearing, spinning up to 2700 RPM, delivering 42.58 CFM of airflow at 1.33 mmH₂O static pressure and a maximum noise level of 22.4 dBA.
