Repair Services

Step 1: Complete and purchase this Repair Request product. NOTE: It is $25/board for inspection and estimation of repairs. If you are submitting multiple devices, please complete the order FOR EACH of the devices and add them all to your cart.

Step 2: Once paid, please send to the following address: 527 E. Livingston St. Celina, OH 45822. This is at your expense with a carrier of your choosing.  We only need the board (no heatsink or fans). NOTE: For International customers, you may be charged duties/taxes on sending and receiving.

Step 3: Once we have the unit we will inspect and advise/estimate the repair. We will include the return shipping in the estimation (UPS ground).

Step 4: You can choose to proceed with the repair or decline and pay the return shipping for your board. If you don't want it repaired and don't want it back, then we can dispose of it for you. 

Step 5: Once we estimate the repairs you have 30 days to advise on what you would like to do. After 30 days the unit will be considered abandoned, and we will dispose of it.
