Here is the process:
Step 1: Fill out the form below to help understand the issues and scope of repairs.
Step 2: You will receive and email from our team regarding your request and an estimate on repairs. Note, a $25 bench fee is required upfront which will go towards your repair estimate.
Step 3: If service is agreed upon, we will email a shipping label for you to print and mail the device to us for repair
Step 4: We work on your device and once repairs are complete, an invoice will be sent. Once the invoice is fulfilled, we will mail the package back.
