Here is the process:
Step 1: Fill out this form.
Step 2:We will send you an invoice for the $25 inspection and estimation fee. Once paid, we will send you the address to send the unit to. This is at your expense with a carrier of your choosing. We only need the board.
Step 3: Once we have the unit we will inspect and advise/estimate the repair. We will include the return shipping in the estimation (UPS ground).
Step 4: You can choose to proceed with the repair or decline and pay the return shipping for your board. If you don't want it repaired and don't want it back then we can dispose of it for you.
Step 5: Once we estimate the repairs you have 30 days to advise on what you would like to do. After 30 days the unit will be considered abandoned and we will dispose of it.
