Protect your investment. This plug-and-play inline fuse is the smartest "cheap insurance" you can add to your mining rig. Designed to sit between your power supply and your miner, it safeguards your hardware against power surges or accidental shorts.

It is specifically built with XT30 connectors, making it instantly compatible with the latest generation of miners.

Compatibility:

  • Bitaxe 800/801 GT
  • Nerdaxe QAxe++ REV6

Features:

  • Instant Protection: Blows the fuse instead of your board if an over-current event occurs.
  • Plug-and-Play: Features XT30 Male to XT30 Female connectors for a seamless fit—no soldering required.
  • Replaceable Fuse: Uses a standard, easy-to-find automotive blade fuse, making replacements simple.
Why do I need a fuse if my power supply is already regulated?
Power supply units (PSUs) often have slow-trip protection or high-threshold surges. This inline fuse acts as a much faster fail-safe specifically tuned to protect the delicate components on your Bitaxe or Nerdaxe board.
Which miner models is this compatible with?
This adapter is compatible with any miner utilizing XT30 power connectors, BitaxeHex, Bitaxe 800xxx/801 GT, Nerdaxe QAxe++ REV6 models.
Is the fuse replaceable if it blows?
Yes. It uses a standard automotive mini blade fuse. If it blows, you can simply pull it out and insert a new one from any auto parts store without replacing the entire cable.
What happens if my miner is overclocked?
The adapter is built to handle the sustained current of typical home miners. If you are extremely overclocking and find the fuse blows frequently, you can replace the fuse with a slightly higher amperage blade fuse, provided your wiring and PSU can safely handle the load.
Does this protect against lightning strikes?
It provides a layer of protection against over-current events and shorts, but like all fuses, it may not stop a massive direct lightning strike. It is best used as one part of a robust power strategy.
