The outer holes don't line up exactly, they're just a hair or two inwards, so the screws are angled slightly, so it doesn't go on smoothly.
Sent them super fast. The little pieces look great, nice and smooth. They work amazing, so happy I ordered these. Thanks again.
Worked perfectly on my low profile heatsink. Mounted on the bitaxe with no problem!!
First up, for the cost of shipping, you can order several 3d printed parts at no additional cost...who does that?
Secondly, my first order was lost at UPS and UPS suggested I contact the shipper to start a claim.
I did that and IX Tech promptly responded by sending me out replacements at no charge to me whatsoever.
I asked where I should send the other parts back if they ever show up and I was told to just keep them.
Solid service..I really can't thank them enough for taking care of me like they did.
